Just after we dropped Mimi and Grandpa off at the airport, we picked Uncle Curtis up and headed straight to the Salt Lick for some New Years Eve festivities with our Hill Country gang. Curt didn't seem to mind hanging out with all of our friends on New Years or the eve of his birthday so we went to the Hurst's house after for more fun!!
We finally got the kids in bed and headed to the Baumiesters for our annual New Year's Party. The Cannon brothers dominated the dance floor!
No better way to welcome a new year than with Curt and all the friends we love!!
Curt is also the baby whisperer. I will never in my right mind figure out why he's not married yet. He is so fun, handsome, makes delicious food, a genius (ha ha, I just spelled that wrong...no "genius" genes in this brain), and will be such a great father. I think I'm more excited for him to start this chapter in his life than he is. It was so fun having him here for a visit. He even watched the kids so Chase and I could go to a movie. Free babysitting is rare around here!!
Either G thinks Curt is Chase or he is under the "Curt Dawg"
spell which usually happens to every niece and nephew of the Cannon clan.
