Easter 2014

Easter was so fun this year because George finally figured the whole thing out!  It didn't take him long to realize that all the colorful plastic eggs had treats inside of them!! His eyebrows never came down from this raised position all morning!

Sadie and Jack have perfected their hunting skills over the years.

Sadie and Jack were both so good at letting George have all the eggs near the ground.  They loved watching his enthusiasm as much as we did!

Easter bunny hides eggs inside and outside at this house!!

George has been doing this funny thing with his fingers lately.  Instead of just sucking on them, he twists them back and forth in his mouth.  He loves it!

These three.  Oh how I love them!!
Found a quicker way to open the eggs.

Examining the loot afterwards and stuffing their cheeks with chocolate.

Then it was time for church.  I attempted several places to get the perfect picture of them in their Easter clothes.

Finally got one with out and tongues sticking out or wandering eyes.

George is KILLING me in these pics.  He looks like such a little scrug compared to his older sibs who are nearly the same height.

Bah makes it into many of our pictures these days.  Either him or a flag.

For dinner we decided to host everyone on our new patio.  It's nearly done and even though we couldn't roast marshmallows in our non-existent outdoor fireplace (Eloy is on our hit list), the kids had fun eating al fresco while we enjoyed a peaceful dinner inside!!  It was the most interesting menu ever from flank steak all the way down to mini empanandas.  So much better than the traditional ham.  Keeping it weird as best we can.  Happy Easter Y'all!!
